<p>Groups are divided into teams and participating through a range of team challenge activities, the scores add up to illustrate a winning team.</p>
<p>Teams receive Amazing Race instructions and a Scavenger Hunt Map of the local area. Located on the map are various activities to choose from all of which are at different locations. Teams need to strategize and decide which activities to do as some have more points than others due to a level of difficulty or time involved.</p>

<p>This competitive team session is held indoors at a conference or workplace, perfect as an ice-breaker or during the &#8216;Dead Zone&#8217; &#8211; that pm time after all the powerpoints. WITHIN SECONDS YOUR entire conference group is abuzz and re-energized by this fun, pulsating activity.</p>
<p>Teams play a game on giant score matt&#8217;s, were through progressive 2 minute rounds they skillfully throw bags into a score zone. The rounds progress, with teams charting their performance, as they start getting good, the bar is raised to see has what it takes to go to great!</p>
<p>It completely breaks the conference agenda and allows the group to become absorbed in this dynamic activity that is team-based and involves everyone. From 1 hour to multi-sessions in a day, 20 pax to 1000 pax</p>
<p>A Team should focus on developing the foundation that is necessary to work toward greatness. Then, they can begin to apply the principles of longevity that are set forth to last.</p>
<p>We facilitate in a fun way, engaging in the activity is important, this we have found, over 12 years, creates a better learning environment. <p>The groups have to create the best clothes with limited resources and restrictions. Only one team can win the fashion competition, so everyone do their best, aiming for the top prize!</p>
<p>Team Building with Style doesn&#8217;t depend on weather, location or physical abilities of participants. Fantastic flexibility of the program allows us to create the unique product for each client and still manage costs. This interactive two-parts program can incorporate pm and evening.</p>
<p>Sounds easy? But what if real task is creating a garment from non-traditional materials, such as recycled materials or items from a grocery store, or using the ‘clothes off their backs’ or designing for a certain person, ie the CEO or senior Mgt team to model? Challenging enough?</p>
<p>Teams also have to include a core value or business theme, or the launch of a brand, in their design.  The participants are given a limited amount of time, from two hours to half of the day. Sometimes groups work independently, although on some challenges contestants must cooperate. Once finished, the designers dress their models and select their hair, make-up, and accessories. Each model walks down the runway, and a panel of judges gives each dress its score.</p>
<p>Teams can present to the audience not only dresses, but their values as well. They definitely get into the spotlight &#8211; the press and paparazzi are shooting too. They even give interviews to the judges. Winning and losing designers are chosen based on their scores and other considerations.</p>
<p>The program and concept is created to offer clients a new, interactive and very entertaining unique team program.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<section class="l-section">&#8216;Bikes 4 Little Tykes&#8217; is a really unique team building event that combines an opportunity for your staff to hone skills like communication, creativity, leadership and teamwork, with a chance to give back to their local community.</p>
<p>This team building event starts by the formation of several different teams depending on the size of your group.  The objective for teams is to find and build a fully operational kids bike.  The problem for them though is that they have no parts&#8230;YET! What works well, is that a theme is built in &#8211; such as The Apprentice, or a Quality Control aspect, that way teams need to follow a briefing and also adhere to the rules in order to win.</p>
<p>The parts for all of the bikes must be earned through the completion of different challenges, which can be designed to meet any and all of your objectives for your team.  These challenges vary, from a classic race against the clock, or team problems, where teams vs teams are rewarded for their results &#8211; the more you win the more info you get. Once all pieces have been collected, the building of the bike can begin.</p>
<p>Once the bikes are completed, a bike mechanic will inspect them and report any defects to the judges.  The team to build their bike to 100% first will be the winner.</p>
<p>Now, here comes the charitable part.  During this whole time, your team is led to believe this is simply a team building exercise; they aren’t informed of the final destination of the bikes that they’re building.  Once all the teams have completed their bikes, though, the children will be brought in, and your teams will each get to give their newly built bikes to a needy child. Teams present their Quality Control inspected bicycles to children in need from a selected children&#8217;s charity. eg: Unicef, Make A Wish, Stuart House, Save The Children, Starlight Foundation, Red Kite, Smith Family, Salvation Army, Barnados, Camp Quality or Red Cross…</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Enigma Solution is one of the best outdoor experiences we can offer. This is a big challenge that combines the greatest elements of outdoor activities into one fantastic adventure.</p>
<p>Teambuilding New Zealand suggests this program for groups looking for information on team efficiency, new teams productivity increase, process management and skills.</p>
<p>It is incredibly flexible and can be tailored to your needs. It includes a bit of everything you can imagine &#8211; some navigation, 4WD, abseiling, boat building, bike riding, and much more. The Enigma Solution usually takes at least 3 hours to over an evening and the next day. Teambuilding New Zealand provides facilitation, safety and de-briefing, but also leaves each team the possibility to decide how to meet every challenge.</p>
<p>Preliminary instructions are provided in the evening. They are followed by a night navigation task. The team needs to find 62 pieces of metal and re-create radio tower within given time frames.</p>
<p>As with real Enigma, the participants have to break codes, solve their meanings and act without wasting any time. This one day or multi-day activity is perfect for small groups of 8-45 people and can take place at any location.</p>

This is a great exercise for breaking up the event&#8217;s agenda and re-aligning teams to the basics in customer service and delivery.</p>
<p>When working with customers, whether internal or external, it&#8217;s important to stay within timeframes and budget, and keep the quality level high. Customer Connections team building exercise focuses on all that.</p>
<p>This creative fast paced team building activity challenges teams to build a delivery process, using provided equipment to connect to a customer. The materials range from piping, tubes, ladder, bamboo poles, tape, string and cord.</p>
<p>Each team works in designated area (for example, a country or an internal department in a business). Teams aim to construct a delivery line, and they have to cooperate and connect with each other, so goods can be safely delivered between teams and to the customer in time.</p>

<p>The teams create a program from scratch,  and the resulted film is shown either after the session, or at night over dinner. Usually, each group of 8 – 10 people designs and produces a 3-4 minute episode. They need to incorporate a series of stories that will headline the program.</p>
<p>Each team gets a brief, based on pre-determined content, such as team values, strategy, team goals and products etc. There are no prohibited topics – actors and sports, hot gossip,  awful neighbours, finance horrors – the more, the merrier!</p>
<p>Teambuilding New Zealand provides everything for the show: costumes and requisite, make-up, cameras, editing, music, stunt coordinators, acting instructors, an MC, even awards for the best clips.</p>

<p>Teams get to be highly creative in that there are roles for every one, with costumes and make up, props and tuition, teams get to develop their commercial in their own design.</p>

<li>Following an open discussion on what makes an effective commercial; training is given in camera operation and script writing.</li>
<li>Teams are then given their brief with some very funny and ‘special twists’.</li>
<li>Teams collaborate, brainstorm and perform their commercial onto film.</li>
<li>Later that day the commercials are shown in a fun and amusing show</li>
<li>Teams can be given an opportunity to comment on the key aspects of their commercial with parallels being drawn to real workplace issues.</li>

<p>The concept of the program is simple, with coaching and guidance, teams are required to film a commercial in an allotted time frame, for a target customer group. The teams direct, produce, act, film and incorporate core points. Using the props provided the teams have different genres and titles, thus creating a balance. What sets the program above any other program, is the flexibility for the organization outcomes and objectives. These may include strategy, conference theme or strategy, individuals or new products etc.</p>
