Customer Connections is a hands-on activity, that can be run at any location, and takes only 1 hour at a conference or training seminar workshop. This is a great exercise for breaking up the event’s agenda and re-aligning teams to the basics in customer service and delivery.

When working with customers, whether internal or external, it’s important to stay within timeframes and budget, and keep the quality level high. Customer Connections team building exercise focuses on all that.

This creative fast paced team building activity challenges teams to build a delivery process, using provided equipment to connect to a customer. The materials range from piping, tubes, ladder, bamboo poles, tape, string and cord.

Each team works in designated area (for example, a country or an internal department in a business). Teams aim to construct a delivery line, and they have to cooperate and connect with each other, so goods can be safely delivered between teams and to the customer in time.
