All team building events can operate within a set budget, either indoors or outdoors. Given the right venue, even a mix of the two is possible. Usually, clients set a budget for the project, based on time frame, location, and group size. It makes the event affordable but with the right return on investment. You can read more about that on our blog.

Example: Client A was seeking a 3-hour evening activity at the end of a busy day. The budget was fixed and we had to stay within the given costs frames. During further discussions, we found out that activity is planned for a gala awards night. We offered the client a combined session of MC the awards and team building activities – so adding value was the outcome.

Teambuilding New Zealand’s training activities are flexible in terms of costs. Our priority is to solve a particular situation, provide several options and alternatives or just re-design the event to meet budget requirements.
