The Mole is a great energetic fast paced team game focused on strategy and behaviour in team. It is perfect for conferences, or planning sessions.
The participants aim to build a replica of a model made from plastic blocks, which is located in a separate location. They only can view it and estimate its structure before they start recreating it as a team.
That sounds easy enough, but there’s a saboteur in the room, who aims to undermine team’s construction work. The saboteur is highly experienced specialist who will go at any extent to knock teams out of the competition. In order to win, the participants need to ‘vote off’ any suspects.
It takes lots of concentration, observation, and creativity to complete the task successfully without The Mole on the team.
This activity is a great lesson of goal setting and strategic thinking vs behaviours and blame.
